Just small changes so far…sustainable changes…changes that become habits. A massive reduction in the amount of diet sodas that I drink (from as many as 6 or 7 a day to 1), more water, a bigger meal for breakfast (heavy on the protein), light lunch, apples or boiled eggs for snacks, and a light dinner. Any carbs in my diet are from grains and fruits/vegetables. I’ve totally cut sugars and starches.
Another week or so to settle these in as habits…then I’ll start some bigger changes.

Ah, Dieting! Nothing I like better – in fact, I’ve devoted nearly 2/3rd’s of my life to it! My diet right now is the Why Bother version. I can’t really recommend it for losing weight, but it’s the fun and easy diet. As long as I don’t go in for a physical, I don’t have to pay attention to a doctor telling me I’m too heavy either. Good luck!
