We are under water restrictions, as our cities in the area have completely failed to upgrade their infrastructure to handle their growth. Yeah, once again, we are paying for their incompetence. Sad, since we also paid for them to keep up the infrastructure too…but there you have it.
 So, from the City of Garland’s “stage two” water restrictions…
(7) Â All restaurants are prohibited from serving water to their patrons except on request of the patron.Â
I’m NOT making this up….Â
Oh, yeah. That’s gonna save a lot of water.
