CUAgain

I spotted a couple of City of Richardson street dept. employees up to something today…

They were changing a tire for an old, frail Oriental gentleman. He needed the help, and they were helping.

Wow. Cool! There’s probably some policy against that. Normally city employees are as unhelpful as possible without actually drawing a gun on you (that’s reserved for the cops).

Keep it up guys, and kudos. I promise I won’t rat on you!
