They actually finished. A complete new system…relocated electric and drainage, all new ductwork and registers, new (relocated) return air ducting and grill, new thermostat etc…removed the old system (except the ducts hidden in the firred ceiling). The extra insulation will be blown in and therefore done at a later appointment by a seperate crew.

Jheeezzz I spent a lot of money today. Well, okay, tomorrow, technically, when they come to do all the work.
Seriously. $11,000. Just like that. Gad.

Said goodbye to my cousin Brad this weekend. Yet another memorial service. That’s way too many in recent months.
Brad passed away with little warning due to brain cancer, and was just a couple years older than I am. He leaves behind a teenage daughter as well as his extended family and friends.
